Hello  &  let me quickly thank you for taking the time to read about me. I have been selling real estate in Montgomery County, Lake Conroe, Montgomery, Willis, The Woodlands, Spring, and surrounding area for many years.   In addition, I have been living in Montgomery County, in a Lake Conroe community for even more years.  My husband & I have been busy raising our family here as well, and two of our children graduated from Willis High School.   Currently our youngest attends WHS and plays volleyball for the LadyKats.  I have been involved from day one in their school careers by way of volunteering in various capacities including (PTO President, Vice President, Secretary, Head of every known committee at one time or another, Room Mom, Parent Advisory Counsel, Booster Club President, Campus Improvement Committee Chairman, District Education Improvement Committee and more).   I was heavily involved with their sports as a Team Mom or Assistant Coach whether they were at the YMCA, or WYAA, or ACC.   Additionally,  I was very active with the Cub Scouts again in various capacities (Tiger Leader, Wolf Leader, Pac Committee Chairman and more).    I was very active in our church teaching Sunday school, served on Family Council, Children’s Council, VBS Director and more.   As you can see I leaned towards the leadership roles and my husband said “Honey, why don’t you put all that energy to work."  So, I gave up most of my volunteering days and chose Real Estate as my final career.    Prior to all my volunteering days I worked for an architect, a civil engineer, a builder, and finally worked my way up to a supervisor position with a mortgage broker thus have a vast amount of real estate related experience.   And I had my home custom built therefore "Been There - Done That."   As we began our family we took our two sons and moved to Guam for a tour of duty with there.  We traveled extensively while there for a few years and returned to Texas to have our daughter.  In everything I have ever done, I have always strived to  “Do My Best.”     

I have been a top producer in real estate for many years.    I have been with various companies both on Lake Conroe and in The Woodlands.    I am currently affiliated with Prudential Gary Greene Realtors and office just blocks from Lake Conroe.   I am lucky enough to have a full time working associate, Tom Scott, together; we give our clients 100%+ .  When you buy or sell with Trenda & Tom you receive the excellent service, dedication, knowledge, and experience you deserve.
